Hello I would like to give a quick backstory. I gifted my BF the Dezi’s Afters for her Bday. She lives in AZ I’m in CA. She was so happy and posted her frames on IG and even Dezi’s page commented on how good they looked. Unfortunately she lost them at a store and cried to her husband Larry about how sad and bad she felt she lost them. Her husband went out of his way to ask me to order them again for him so he can surprise her for Valentines with another pair of the same frames I got her. Unfortunately this is how the package was delivered. I’m reaching out to see if we can address the smashed package and case. the frames were a little crooked but her husband fixed them. Pictures below, the first pic is when she originally received them. Again she loved the frames but sad sorry for my BF :(….
