This Privacy Policy applies to the sites where it appears.

This Privacy Policy describes how Chicken Coop Canopy, LLC collects, uses, and discloses your personal information on the websites and services where this Privacy Policy appears or is referenced.

We collect and use personal information from and about you.

We (and the vendors we hire to perform services on our behalf) collect, receive and develop several categories of personal information about you depending on the nature of your interactions with us. For example:

We collect and develop inferences. Using other pieces of personal information collected about you, we may draw inferences about you, reflecting what we believe to be your preferences and characteristics. 

We collect personal information about you from various sources.

We collect personal information directly from you. For example, we collect information if you sign up for our emails or create an account. We also collect information if you contact us or sign up for our text messages. We also collect personal information you provide if you purchase a product, post a comment, or make a request.

We do this on our websites, in our ads, and in emails that we (or our vendors) send to you. We collect information about users over time when you use this website. We may share personal information within the Chicken Coop Canopy family of companies. This includes our parent, Dezi, LLC, and our subsidiaries, Dezi Cosmetics, LLC and Dezi Eyewear, LLC. We may also share information with our affiliates and other business units of our parent company. We share information within the Chicken Coop Canopy family of companies for all of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We share personal information with vendors and service providers working on our behalf. We will share each category of personal information with vendors who help us use personal information in the ways described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we will share information with vendors who fulfill purchases, send emails for us, or help operate our websites. We will share information with service providers who help us advertise to you, or provide related marketing, analytics, or search engine support services. 

We may share personal information with our business partners and marketing companies. We might share personal information, such as contact information, with third parties who co-sponsor a promotion or promote our products. Some of these partners may send you information about products or services by mail or email. They may share your information with other third parties. We may also share the above categories of personal information with companies that help us with our marketing efforts, including social media platforms, advertising networks, and ad tech companies. We might share personal information when we are investigating potential fraud or a security incident. This might include fraud we think has happened during a promotion. If you are the winner of a sweepstakes or contest, we may also share certain personal information with anyone who requests a winner’s list.

We may also share your personal information if there is a similar change to our corporate structure. You have certain choices about how we use your information.

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails and text messages. To stop receiving our promotional emails, you can follow the instructions in any promotional message you get from us. If you receive promotional text messages from us, you may opt-out by replying “STOP.” Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages. These include responses to your questions.

You can control cookies and certain tracking tools. Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies or other tracking tools. How you do so depends on the type of tool. Certain browsers can be set to reject browser cookies. Flash cookies do not reside in your browser, and your browser settings will not affect them. To control flash cookies, you need to click here.

We and third party advertising networks, social media companies, and other services may collect information about your use of our websites over time. These entities collect information over time across multiple websites or other platforms so that they or we may display interest-based advertising. Our Do Not Track Policy: Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals. If you block cookies, certain features on our sites may not work. If you block or reject cookies, not all of the tracking described here will stop.

If you are a California resident, you can make the following requests with respect to your personal information:

  • Access – You can request that we disclose to you the categories of personal information we collected about you; the categories of sources from which we have collected personal information about you; the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information; the categories of personal information that we have sold about you and the categories of outside parties to whom the personal information was sold; the categories of personal information that we have disclosed about you for our business purposes and the categories of vendors to whom the personal information was disclosed; and the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you over the past 12 months.

  • Deletion – You can request that we delete the personal information that we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions.

  • Do Not Sell My Info – You can request that we do not sell your personal information to a third party by clicking here and here. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “sell” means the sale, rental, release, disclosure, dissemination, availability, transfer, or other oral, written, or electronic communication of your personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, subject to certain exceptions under applicable law. Any opt out of cookie-based tracking for advertising purposes is specific to the device, website, and browser you are using, and is deleted whenever you clear your browser’s cache.

We will not discriminate against you because you exercised any of these rights.

A California resident can exercise these access and deletion rights by emailing us at privacy@DEZI.CO. We may deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations. For example, we may retain personal information as permitted by law, such as for tax or other record keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, and to process transactions and facilitate customer requests. Note that for purposes of these requests, personal information does not include information about job applicants, employees and other of our personnel, or information about employees and other representatives of third-party entities we may interact with. 

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to certain of your requests. The verification steps will vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information and whether you have an account with us.

California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf.  When submitting the request, please ensure the authorized agent is identified as an authorized agent.

For purposes of California residents exercising these rights, please note the following regarding how we collect, use, and share your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, including in the previous 12 months:

  • We may collect, disclose, and use for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy the following categories of personal information as set forth in applicable California law: identifiers; payment and customer records information; commercial information; Internet or other electronic network activity information; and inferences. We collect each of the foregoing categories of personal information from the sources described above.
  • We disclose each of the foregoing categories of personal information for our business and commercial purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law to the categories of parties as described in this Privacy Policy, which may include our subsidiaries; our corporate family; suppliers and service providers; business and advertising partners, advertising networks, operating systems and platforms, data analytics providers, data brokers, and social networks; and other parties in connection with business transfers and legal, safety, fraud prevention, and enforcement reasons. 
  • We may “sell” the following categories of personal information: identifiers; Internet or other electronic network activity; and inferences. We may sell each of the foregoing categories of personal information to the categories of third parties described in this Privacy Policy, which may include business and marketing partners, advertising networks, operating systems and platforms, data analytics providers, data brokers, and social networks. 

If you reside in California, you also have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. These sites and apps are not intended for children.

Our sites and apps are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child has given us information, you can email us at privacy@DEZI.CO.

We use standard security measures.

The Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our site will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords.  

We may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control.

If you click on a link to a third-party site or service, you will be taken to a website or service that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of that website or service. Read other companies’ privacy policies carefully. We are not responsible for these third-party websites or services, or their policies.

The 
Chicken Coop Canopy, LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated byChicken Coop Canopy, LLC (“Chicken Coop Canopy, LLC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.


By consenting to 
Chicken Coop Canopy, LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Chicken Coop Canopy, LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).


You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with 
Chicken Coop Canopy, LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.


We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to DEZI or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other DEZI EYEWEAR, LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For Service support or assistance, text HELP to DEZI or email help@dezi.co.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
