    LOVE!

    They look so sleek!! I wore them to Disneyland and got so many comments on them! I also never like to wear my hair up because i feel i have chubby cheeks but with these, they frame my face and I actually wear my hair up!

    Poor customer service and warranty

    While the glasses may not be the most expensive they are still not cheap.

    I have bought other pairs that are older from here and have had no issues with them standing the test of time. I am careful and gentle all the time, but for some reason the Stacked pair i got for my birthday 2 years ago don’t even stay up on my face anymore which is a contrast to the Switch pair i got over 4 years ago.

    When I asked customer service if there was anything that could be done about this they informed me warranty was only six months but if i could obtain the order number and email (since it was a gift) they could consider and exchange for up to a year.

    Turns out my order was two years ago, but I’m still not understanding how it’s good customer service to not help me out. I am clearly a loyal customer and for the amount of money Desi Perkins herself makes I think they can make a simple exchange for glasses that I had to save up for.

    Instead i was offered a 15% off coupon (lol).

    If you want to be THAT girl, go get you a pair

    Just purchased my first pair of dezis and Let. Me. Tell. You. These shades are amazing. They’re extremely well made, come nicely and securely packaged and look nothing like any sunglasses I’ve owned before. They’re so unique and extremely flattering. Plus, shipping was QUICK! I will absolutely be purchasing another pair!!!
