I was really excited about these but they arrived in poor condition. The charms had fallen off while in the package. I reattached them but they fell off again within an hour. The quality does not match the price, unfortunately. I also paid for shipping and they sent it to a location for pick up. I had to request reimbursement for shipping.

I am a long time Dezi purchaser. I have over 6 pairs of Dezi glasses and I was so excited to buy my next pair for the LUVAJ collab. When I received my pair of Marquise glasses I was disappointed in the quality of the glasses. The frame felt very thin, like it could break immediately. Owning so many pairs of Dezi’s this did not feel like the quality I am used to for the price I always pay. It’s unfortunate. This won’t deter me from purchasing glasses in the future but it just disappoints me as a loyal customer to see the quality decline.

WHY is the quality of the theses sunglasses CHEAP? I have made several purchases of your glasses and have been really happy with the quality but you change something. The CUFFs fall off all the frame all the time
