Due to an overwhelming response at launch, the computer system responsible for tracking numbers glitched. This glitch was only for the release of tracking numbers, NOT the processing of orders! We know that many of you have not received your tracking numbers, and a small percentage received incorrect tracking. We sincerely apologize and want to assure you that your orders are processing and all are shipping to the address you provided at checkout. Desi has seen that some of you are already posting about your sunnies and wants you to know that even if you haven't received a tracking number, orders are already on the way.
Please be assured that we are working to correct these issues and get everyone the information they need as quickly as possible. If you have not received tracking, please hold on reaching out to customer service.
