          very disappointed

          Hello DEZI Team,

          I’m reaching out regarding a recent purchase that I’m extremely disappointed with.

          Today was the first time I went to wear my glasses. As you can see in the attached photo, the protective sleeves are still on the arms — I haven’t even used them yet. Upon taking them out, I noticed a visible scratch near the bridge of the nose.

          I’m very upset and disappointed, especially considering I paid $100 for these glasses and expected them to arrive in perfect condition. Since this defect was present before any wear, I am requesting a full refund.

          Please let me know the next steps to resolve this as soon as possible.

          They’re kinda like those glasses your dad wears when he drives but yassified! Love that they don’t cover the brows.

          Stones and charms missing

          So sad! My glasses only had one set of charms on them AND I missed the small 7 day window to return and exchange. Never again
